Introduction

On October 21 through the 24, 2004, Moe and I went with a group of 30 people to the Jiangxi Province in the south of China. The group was organized through the United Jewish Congregation of Hong Kong, specifically by Barbara Thomas. The purpose of the trip was to deliver scholarship monies, school supplies and building funds to two schools in/near the city of Ji-an. One school was in a poor village and the other school was in the city. After we accomplished those tasks we went sight seeing around Jinggangshan City, a 3 hour bus ride away.
